connect - believe tour '07-'08

The '07-'08 believe tour is less than 45 days away! We'll be headed to Arlington, TX to make the connect debut, and we can't wait.....well, we can, because we have to.

This year our theme explores how God wants to connect with you. so listen. speak. look. We will follow Moses' journey of connection with God. We will seek out how God wants us to listen to him, speak to him and look at what he is asking us to do.

Moses is a great character for jr. high students to explore. The recorded relationship between God and Moses is dripping with a sense of realness. When Moses was frustrated, he talked to God about it. When Moses messed up, God dealt with it. Moses felt free to admit he was scared and even argued with God at times. All of the natural feelings a person could have, Moses took to God. Moses found out what it meant to truly connect with God.

Behind the Scenes of Our New DVD...

Welcome to the new believe blog! We wrapped up our "Jesus" tour in May (that never does sound quite right,) and we've been hard at work on "Connect," which will make it's debut in Arlington, Texas on Sept. 28!

We are excited about the new theme: God wants to Connect with you, so listen, so speak, so look. We're getting ready for an awesome new tour, with new speakers, new elements and all kinds of exciting stunts and tricks that we can't tell you about just yet...



But in the mean time, we've been filming our new believe DVD that we will be sending out this fall. It's gonna tell you a lot about who we are as an organization, as a staff, as a program and how we feel called to serve you: Youth Workers, in ministering to your jr. high students.

Johnny Scott, Director of believe narrates the DVD that will take you through a series of interviews with youth ministers across the country that have seen, experienced and been changed by believe's impact on their students.

It's gonna be awesome. believe is rolling out a new tour, a new theme, a new DVD, so stay tuned. There's a lot of exciting new things coming your way...
